The Million to 1 Club helped me to realize the importance of accountability.
So many times we set goals on our own as if they are secrets. The classes made you think and give life to your goals. The program inspires you to take the necessary steps now rather than in the future.
I took this class and am now achieving two goals on a regular basis. I'm walking 10,000 steps 5 days a week and journaling on a consistent basis (hurray!)
Those were always on my daily to do lists but never got priority. The bonus is that I have lost 5lbs in 5 weeks (yay!) Smashing your goals is exciting and fulfilling. Looking back at your day, you feel a sense of accomplishment because you took care of yourself.
Your never too old to set another goal or dream a new dream.
